Of nests and feathers

For those of you who don't live here, September is when the vast majority of apartment leases begin in Boston. As the streets filled up with U-Hauls, Ryder trucks and piles of people's crap, it was a lovely time to not be moving. Nesting was in the air, though, and I did fall prey to a bit of home improvement over the long weekend.

I did get the wiring wrong the first time on the light fixture, but hey... no fire, no foul.

I also finished knitting another sweater. You can read more, or see more pictures, or just see it here in the place it was born.



In my fickle mind I've moved on from this sweater already... way on. I'm designing an Aran from scratch now, which is a hardcore project that will probably last all winter. Yay for math and warm things.
